Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in WALS and protecting your intellectual property. If there is a problem with the delivery of the product or you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our Sales Manager by email at wals@worksofartlegalservice.com or by phone at 404-434-3120 immediately so WALS can resolve the issues, issue a refund or offer credit that can be used for future products when appropriate. Please detail as much information as possible when contacting WALS. Except when state law allows otherwise, all refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase. WALS does not offer refunds where thirty (30) days have lapsed since purchase.  

WALS offers personalized legal products within the area of intellectual property law (IP) and document drafting, legal information and other IP services are provided through (Works of Art Legal Service, LLC) via worksofartlegalservice.com. Worksofartlegalservice is not a "lawyer referral service", "accountant referral service" and does not provide legal or tax advice or representation (except in certain jurisdictions) and is not intended as a substitute for an attorney, law firm, accountant or accounting firm. If you desire legal advice, Works of Art Legal Services (WALS) can provide you with legal advice by entering into a client engagement agreement.

Purchasers shall only use WALS products if doing so complies with the laws of your jurisdiction(s). WALS' website availability in your jurisdiction(s) is not an automatic authorization by Works of Art Legal Service to access or use WALS' website or products. in a manner that violates your local laws and regulations. By using our services, you accept sole responsibility to ensure our products doe not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction(s). It is prohibited to use WALS products for illegal matters, immaterial matters, frivolous matters, used in connection with current representation, unreasonable matters, resale products and outside of the United States.
